Here are a couple of videos showing a few different ways to tape your fingers and toes. These are taping methods that have helped me and I would say are most common to grappling arts.
We do have Matt Olson (Sports Therapist) who is able to provide taping strategies for a wider range of joints and mechanisms of injury. There is a wealth of information online for different ways to tape fingers and toes that has helped me get to this point and through experience I have found these are the best ways for the most common finger and toe injuries, sprains and general wear and tear.
