    The gym is approximately a 15 minute drive from Failsworth, if you have satnav our postcode accurately finds us. However we are easily found, located behind Asda in Ashton, we directly face Tameside Sea Cadets. There is large signage over the door and at the end of Lower Wharf Street where we are located.

    If you are coming via Public transport we are around a 10 minute walk from the Metrolink/Bus Stop.
